Real Estate Showing Services 

We Handle:

The incoming call from the agent requesting the preview, showing, appraisal, inspection, final walkthrough, etc.

Verifying the requesting agent.

Contacting property owner/tenant to schedule request.

Confirming the request with the requesting agent and providing instructions.

Send a Feedback Request e-mail to showing agent after confirmation of showing is given.

Recording of all submitted feedback from property showings.

Immediately forwarding all information to the listing agent via e-mail


We Maintain:

The complete Property Listing and the status of the Properties ( On/Off the market, Pending, Sold)

The status of the property owners 
(when the property is occupied or vacant,  whether the property is available for showing, and the best times to call, etc.)

When the agent is conducting an Open House at a property

A record of all scheduled activity at the property (showings, appraisals, inspections, BPOs, etc.

Submitted agent feedback on each property

IMAGE SHOWING SERVICES provides a Complete Up-To-Date Detailed Audit Trail of each listing e-mailed to the Listing Agent (and your clients if requested) after each appointment is scheduled so your records are always up-to-date.  No need to logon and retrieve your information.

Extended Hours of Operation (US Central Time)

Normal Hours:    7am - 9pm Monday -Friday,   8am - 9pm Saturday,
                                  8am - 7pm Sunday   
Holiday Hours:    9am - 5pm New Years Eve,  Memorial Day, 
                                   Independence Day,  and Christmas Eve.  
Office is Closed:  New Years Day,  Easter,  Thanksgiving,  and  Christmas Day

Online:  You may submit New Listings, Changes, Showing Requests,
                 Confirmations, Cancellations, etc. 24 hours a day.
                 Requests will be processed during business hours.


Telephone:  Calls during our extended business hours will be taken by our 
                        appointment specialist and processed immediately.  Calls received after 
                        our extended business hours will be taken by our voicemail system.  
                        Requests will be processed during business hours.

Please remember that for showing requests that require owner/tenant voice contact, we can typically only initiate the contacts between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm (local time). Consider this restriction when scheduling your showings.
