Property Showing Report |
A new, updated Excel Appointment Report is forwarded, via
e-mail, to the
listing agent at the time each new appointment is confirmed. A complete
chronology of events for the property is immediately available on your PC.
You now have a digital format that can be easily forwarded to your client or
associates and can be copied, pasted, and manipulated in any manner that you
wish. No need to login to pull a report or learn to use a particular system.

Property Selling Points |
Some agents were concerned about using a showing service because
they lose the ability to talk to the showing agent and highlight the selling
points of a property. We think that communicating the selling points of a
home is important as well, so we decided to give our agents the opportunity to
pass this information on to the showing agent via e-mail when we are giving the
showing agent a confirmation. Our listing agents provide us with a
Word or
PDF document, or an Excel spreadsheet highlighting the
property, which we keep on file. When an agent requests a showing on that
property, and would like to receive their confirmation via e-mail, we will
attach the highlights to the confirmation e-mail.

Showing Feedback |
An E-mail requesting feedback on the showing is automatically sent to the
showing agent the first thing in the morning of the day following the showing,
while the information is still fresh in the mind of the showing agent. All
feedback received is added to the Appointment Report and is forwarded directly
to the listing agent. There is no need to login and pull your
report. It can be on your PC within minutes of being received at Image.
