Welcome Showing Agents

For the Buyer's Agent, it is a time that you are viewing many different homes listed with many different agents, looking for the right home for your buyers.

Image Showing Services is a full service showing scheduling office that will assist you and your buyers to schedule showings for properties placed with us. Coordinating with Image Showing Services means all showing requests are answered immediately and scheduled based on the seller's and listing agent's requirements.

For your convenience, you may submit your requests to show properties placed with Image Showing Services on our web forms at www.imageshowingservices.com/realty.htm, or by calling our helpful showing representatives, toll free, at 866-650-SHOW (7469).

To insure that an agent requesting a showing is a licensed agent, we maintain a database of licensed agents for the areas we serve. When you call Image for the first time, we will ask for your name, state license number, your company name, main office phone number, the phone number you wish to be called with showing confirmations/non-confirmations, and an email address for showing feedback. We will immediately verify your license status and process your showing request. Thereafter, we will know you and your contact information and will promptly begin the process of setting your showing.

For safety and security reasons, Image Showing Services will only schedule showings and provide access information to properties for licensed agents. Showing agents must always accompany their buyers during the scheduled showing. You are not authorized by Image Showing Services to divulge access information of any homes listed with Image Showing Services to anyone. If you are not able to accompany your buyers for a showing, we will refer you to the listing agent's office for processing of your showing request.

Someone owns each of the homes listed with Image Showing Services, whether it is a bank or an individual, and they have the right to know who is going in and out of their home, and when. For this reason, they have requested that Image Showing Services track and maintain information on the Agents/Realtors that are showing their homes to prospective buyers. Please remember to always schedule a showing through ISS even if your have the access codes from a previous showing.

If there is a problem or issue at a property that you are showing, please immediately contact the listing office, or Image Showing Services, to report it so that corrective action can be initiated.

Image Showing Services collects necessary agent profile information for the sole purpose of verifying agent status, communicating with you, and to facilitate the scheduling of your requested showings. We do not sell or otherwise disclose your information to anyone other than to the listing agent and homeowner.

When showing homes listed with Image Showing Services, please always remember to leave a card, return the key to the lockbox, scramble the code, and return the property to its original secured state when the showing is completed.
